This course takes a holistic approach to employee recruitment and retention. 学生 will be given an opportunity to explore workforce communities and demographics to develop strategies that maximize skills and abilities of a diverse workforce. The relationship between diversity and inclusion and a more productive and innovative organization will be studied. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to identify the dimensions of a diverse workplace and the challenges and benefits of an inclusive work culture.
